Selva Encantada An Eco-Friendly Residential Development

The Lots for Sale

Selva Encantada is located on the road between Punta Uva and the small village of Paraiso. You can see our approximate location on the satellite map here.

This residential development consists of three phases. All lots in the first phase have sold out. Each lot comes with electricity, a water well and gravel access. In the future, it will be up to the occupants to determine the desirability of hiring a full-time security guard to control access to the property.

The second phase of the project consists of 32 lots, half of which have already been sold. The remaining lots measure 10,000 square meters and up.

There are 30 lots in the third part of the development. The size of the lots range from 5,000 square meters to over 10,000 square meters each. This phase will be on the market soon.

Prices start at $6 per square meter.
